1. SALES:

• a. At the moment, we only accept cash for payment.
• b. All items, once sold are not returnable nor exchangeable. Please always check items before your purchase.
• c. When you purchase our items, you hereby agree to our selling terms and conditions.

2. ORDERS:

• a. Items may be ordered only with 50% cash deposit payable in advance.
• b. Orders may take up to four weeks depending on shipment date and postal services delivery.
• c. If items are not available from our supplier, we will gladly refund your deposit. Please keep your receipt for proof of deposit paid.
• d. If items have arrived and you subsequently change your mind, we regret that we are unable to refund your deposit (as items have been fully paid for by us and ordered especially for you).

3. BOOKINGS:

• a. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings through our tag boards or SMSs or emails. We have experienced, booked items kept but not purchased by individuals.
• b. Sales will be made on a 'first come first serve basis'.
